Saba is one of the few suites offering Workforce Planning and covers all functional disciplines of Talent Management with the exception of Recruiting.

Started as the powerhouse in Performance Management, SuccessFactors has grown all modules organically, adding Succession, Compensation, and Recruiting. In 2010 they acquired Infohrm to add Workforce Planning and CubeTree a business social networking platform. The product line represents a full suite of modules except for Learning, until the announced acquisition of Plateau is complete.
